We provide wide range of auditing and accounting services focusing primarily on audit and review of statutory financial statements and consolidation packages under owner's specific GAAP (eg IFRS) and outsourced bookkeeping services. We also provide consulting services in the area of taxes and accountancy. 

Our firm was founded in 1988 and since then we have audited about 2,100 financial statements of entities operating in various business sectors in variety of organizational forms. We also performed hundreds of other assignments in area of bookkeeping, tax consulting, valuation, acquisition, insolvency, due dilligence, business planing, forensic accounting, professional training etc.

To perform the audits and other services following high quality international standards we employ experienced certified chartered auditors and certified accountants who are directly involved in the audit process rather than just supervise it thus we share our knowledge with client's employees. We provide our services directly in English if needed.

Our clients' staff is entitled to free training on tax and accounting issues. We help to solve material tax issues while performig our audits.

Significant part of our clients portfolio constitute foreign owned companies - subsidiaries of large international groups and individually held businesses.

We co-operate with foreign group auditors (including Big Four companies) and financial controllers during the course of our audits and after whenever in depth explanations of accounting, tax and financial issues are required.
